Fixed the mapping/topology and some of the redistribution functions to be type-oblivious

Added symmetry folder and symmetrization functionality class and fixed up summation partially, both need more work

added back unfold() from back about 4 commits careful with removing unmap_inner()...

fixed up a bunch of summation functionality

Got untyped_tensor to compile for now, implemented/updated slicing functionality and moved code for summation/contraction functionality

Merged dt_aux_sort, dt_aux_rw and whatever was already moved to int_sort into sparse_rw

Some work on int_tensor.cxx (now untyped_tensor.cxx) and associated dependencies

connected tensor.cxx to contraction/summation/scaling internal interface. next step is to move implementation from dist_tensor_internal.cxx into appropriate ctr/sum/scl objects

continuing work on new lower-level tensor interface
