added the option 'mu_rel_target' which determines the target for <N> in units of pos_charge (e.g. pos_charge = 6 and mu_rel_target = 1.5 would result in the code searching for mu with <N> = 9); also added some plotting files

moved refs out of odeg (now they are both in the top directory; wrote several files to calculate EVs for given combinations of system parameters

decoupled the filling of evs_catalog and evs. now it should be quite easy to enable restarts of the code from half-finished data

added the option to output the block data )spin_dist, p_total) when the data is put on the queue (or calculated)

corrected the hartree expansion of the hamiltonian (defined by coupling_strength and n_hartree), added to option to output the time it takes to diagonalize each block in odeg/blockevs.py and added a sample sbatch script in the main directory

Note to myself and future generations: 2**p is an divisor of 2**m even if m % p! = 0. situation: managed to fix the calculation of the eigenvalues (checked against the values produced by the ref versions that build the complete H). overhault pt4/?

started a complete overhaul of the code with the aim to calculate (and save) the evs of the hamiltonian in a first and calculate the expectation values in a second step, where existing results (hard drive) from the first step can be used. overhaul pt1/?
